Over the years, we have crafted a niche for ourselves in the markets of Georgia, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee. We deploy the Regulation D, Rule 506(c)  or (b)  exemption to raise capital, offering a unique investment opportunity for accredited investors. Our core strength lies in our long-term commitment to properties, creating and delivering consistent value over periods ranging from 3 to 10 years.

Since 2014, the partners at Seams Capital Holding have raised and acquired properties for over $100 million, successfully generating more than $30 million in returns for its investors. Our approach is meticulous and unwavering, grounded in comprehensive due diligence and a deep understanding of market dynamics. Rather than chasing trends, we place our confidence in robust market fundamentals.

Our collaboration with South East Asset Management ensures proficient property management. Additionally, our due diligence procedures are undertaken in concert with the industry-leading firm Broom, Malkin, and Miller. On the legal front, we are privileged to have Mathew Norton and his excellent team at Polsinelli safeguarding our interests.

Our investment portfolio primarily comprises properties built between 1960 and 1980, encompassing various sizes and states of disrepair. Seams Capital Holding has cultivated substantial industry knowledge by accumulating these experiences, including the acquisition and sale of over 2000 units.
